Sledging Learning Trail
In the winter of 18/19, Switzerland’s first sledging learning trail opened at Melchsee-Frutt. On the trail the correct steering and braking of the sledge can be learned.
Over the last few years, Melchsee-Frutt recorded a gratifying increase in the number of sledgers. However, the untroubled sledging pleasure was often hampered by a lack of knowledge about sledging. The new sledging learning trail offers guests the opportunity to simply learn how to sledge correctly.
On a short distance – the sledging learning trail – the correct steering and braking of the sledge is mediated. The following sledging run promises 8 km of fun with an altitude difference of almost 1,000 metres and thus offers ideal conditions for putting what you have learned into practice. If you ride safely, you’ll have more fun sledging.
