A mixture of fun, challenge and adrenalin is waiting for you in the rope adventure park right next to the valley station. Fly over streams or from one treetop to another and balance on the suspension bridge. In addition to the climbing pleasure, there are barbecue areas that invite you to linger. Small refreshments and snacks are available at our kiosk.
Already children in the age of 4 (recommendation) can complete 3 different courses in the Pfideripark (children’s adventurepark). There they can feel like a spider climbing over the net or a bearded vulture flying between the trees.
From the age of 6, 6 courses of different levels of difficulty are waiting for you to be discovered. Accept challenges and test your skills. The adrenalin kick is given by our 12 meter high pendulum jump, where you can feel a feeling of weightlessness.

Enjoy the fresh snowy winter landscape on Melchsee-Frutt and take a deep breath. From Frutt-Dörfli, five marked snowshoe hikes of different lengths lead to the fantastic winter paradise. Simple or demanding tours, the pleasure for the eye are the unspoiled winter landscapes of our holiday region.
At Melchsee-Frutt snowshoe hikers come in the midst of picturesque nature. Detailed tour descriptions and information about exciting snowshoe hikes can be found here.
On the Fruttli-Way children learn everything about the marmot Fruttli by playing ten positions around the lake Melchsee. Here you can learn new things about Fruttli and devote yourself entirely to the playgrounds and their attractions. Another incentive is the opportunity to solve tasks for the marmot, which are rewarded at the finish.
Ten stations around Lake Melchsee provide fun for the whole family: learn how the marmot moves in nature and try to walk on stones or look for the solution to the task in a pipe. Can you climb as well as the marmot? And how do you find your way around a labyrinth? The marmot is very good at this, because that’s where the nest is usually hidden.
There are also telescopes along the way that allow you to observe the animals in the wild. With a bit of luck, you will see the small animals in their natural environment. The marmots and Fruttli and his family like to have fun by the water. There is another task here. With fun and games, young and old learn how marmots live. You can extend the experience as you wish, for example by taking a break at the fire pits. If you answer all the questions correctly, you will receive a souvenir of Fruttli at the mountain station!
On 1st December 2016 the airline Edelweiss christened their first A340 long-haul airplane named “Melchsee-Frutt”. We are very proud that Melchsee-Frutt is now also represented in the air and will explore the world!

The new annual ticket is valid on all scheduled tours during the season as well as in the mid-season on staff rides in advance and in addition for night skiing during the winter season.

The new adult caps are now available in the offices guest infos Kerns and Melchsee-Frutt and at the cash desk Stöckalp for CHF 10.00.

Soon it’s time again and the Alps on Melchsee-Frutt and surroundings are based. The Alpine and Alpine interior with their livestock looking forward to a few weeks «summer». Because of «Alpaufzug», this could lead to traffic delays. During three nights a driving ban applies from Stöckalp to Melchsee-Frutt.
Please take extra care between Monday, 3rd July 2017 and Thursday, 6th July 2017 on the roads between Kerns and Melchsee-Frutt. Since many cattle truck and cattle trains are traveling on foot, it may come to more disabilities.
The road Stöckalp – Melchsee-Frutt remains locked in the following nights:
– Monday, 03.07.2017 from 9 pm to Tuesday, 04.07.2017 8 am
– Tuesday, 04.07.2017 from 9 pm to Wednesday, 05.07.2017 8 am
