If coming by car
Take the motorway to Lucerne (A2) and leave the A2 at the Lopper junction and proceed to the A8, Interlaken, Sarnen. From Sarnen follow the cantonal road to Kerns, Melchtal, Stöckalp (Exit Sarnen Nord).

If coming by train
By post bus
Take the train to Sarnen, where, at the station, you catch the post bus to Kerns. From there you travel through the beautiful Melchtal valley to Stöckalp and stop right by the cable railway valley station. Post bus Timetable
By air
The Stöckalp valley station is approx. 2 hours from the Zurich-Kloten airport. The trains between Zurich and Lucerne run every half hour.
