There is a post office at Melchsee-Frutt at the «old» mountain station.

Kerns: Monday to Friday: 7.30 am – 12 noon / 2 pm – 6 pm, Saturday: 8 am – 11 am
Melchsee-Frutt (tourist office «old» mountain station): Monday to Friday: 9 am – 5 pm
