Homely and family-friendly mountain inn. With us you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views, extra-long hours of sunshine, gently falling snow or dramatic snowstorms – ideal for snow trekkers, cross-country skiers, snow-shoe walkers and ski tourers.

What it has to offer

14 beds in double rooms, 46 beds in dormitories (4-, 5-, 6-, 13-bed rooms, Nordic bedding incl. towels, shared showers) or in the low-budget tourist accommodation located about 200m from the hotel (summer season), including half board. Good, reasonably priced food. In winter we transport our guests by snowmobile if necessary.

Location

Close to the lake Tannensee on the Melchsee-Frutt – Jochpass – Engelberg route, approx. 1 hour by foot from Melchsee-Frutt. Starting point for hiking, biking, climbing and ski or snow-shoe touring.
